Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is sourcing an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a growing FM and maintenance company in Uxbridge. Based mostly at a large commercial site, you will be on a semi-static and mobile schedule, covering other sites on two days per week.

The role involves planned and reactive electrical maintenance, including lighting, power, and minor building services. Candidates must hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), possess the 18th edition, and a full UK

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance including lighting and power.
• Change ballasts and perform minor building services.
• Assist with basic plumbing and building fabric maintenance.
• Work on a large commercial site three days a week and on other sites as a mobile engineer.

Job description

Our client is a growing FM and Maintenance company, due to a new contract win they are looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Uxbridge.

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be based at a large commercial site for 3 days a week with 2 days covering other sites as a mobile engineer. This is a lovely role that is semi static and semi mobile.

The selected Electrical Maintenance Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance to all electrical works that includes lighting, power, changing ballasts and other related minor building services like basic plumbing and building fabric maintenance.

You must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. You must also have the 18th edition and full UK driver's licence. In addition, you must have good communication and customer service skills.

Our client is offering:

• £52,800 basic salary

• Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
