Job summary

ETS Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer for a FMCG manufacturing client in the Leicester area. You will perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on manufacturing, production and process equipment.

Responsibilities include providing expert level maintenance support, diagnosing faults with fault finding tools, and ensuring work is carried out safely in line with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose faults and utilise fault finding tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert maintenance support to manufacturing, process and packaging equipment.
• Carry out PPM and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose faults to minimise downtime.
• Maintain and repair packaging/process/manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrate fault-finding capabilities with appropriate tools.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency projects.
• Maintain equipment and assets in a safe, compliant and reliable order.

In this role you will perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on manufacturing, production and process equipment

• Provide and demonstrate expert level maintenance support to departmental manufacturing, process and packaging equipment.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose faults, ensuring minimal downtime of machinery
• Maintain and repair, packaging/process/manufacturing
• Demonstrate sound fault-finding diagnostic ability, using fault finding tools.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations
• Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency projects
• Maintaining equipment and assets in a safe, compliant, and reliable order.
