Job summary

A leading construction firm in Central London is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. This role involves responsibilities such as Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical faults. The ideal candidate must have a City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 qualification, along with experience in a commercial setting. Opportunities for progression and further training are available. Qualifications

• Candidates should hold an electrical qualification such as City and Guilds or NVQ level 3, with the 18th Edition.
• Experience in a similar role within a commercial setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as required.
• Perform reactive maintenance on general electrical systems.
• Ensure the maintenance of emergency lighting systems.
• Conduct fire alarm checks and maintenance.
• Manage power distribution systems effectively.
• Work with control panels for troubleshooting.
• Handle small installations for electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, ensuring timely repairs.

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

£40,000 - £42,000 + overtime activités
