Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious London portfolio in the City of London. The role offers a Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 schedule in a client-facing, professional environment.

The successful candidate will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, work with LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, and AHUs/FCUs, manage subcontractors, and use BMS/CAFM to monitor

Qualifications

• Fully qualified (Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience within building services or facilities maintenance.
• Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems.
• Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical systems.
