• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 & 3.
• 17th or 18th Edition certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical maintenance including installations, fault-finding, and ballast changes.
• Provide mechanical support such as filter changes and basic plumbing.
• Monitor BMS and perform emergency lighting & fire alarm testing.

1-Year Fixed Term Contract
Up to £40,000 per annum + Benefits
4 Days On / 4 Days Off – 12-Hour Shifts (6am–6pm & 9am–9pm rotation)

The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for anElectrical Maintenance Engineerto join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious static site inGrays, Essex. You’ll be working as part of a3-person team, covering all landlord services across a large estate, delivering both planned and reactive M&E and fabric maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• General Electrical Maintenance:

  • Chiller resets, pumps & motors

Shift Pattern
