Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Portfolio - Central London - Up to £46,000 + Van and Fuel Card

CBW is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial portfolio around Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance and will work on various contracts in London. The company offers a competitive salary, training, and career progression.

Package:

• Basic Salary up to £46,000
• Van and Fuel Card
• Parking expensed
• Overtime available
• In-house training

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm, 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet KPI & SLA requirements
• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
• Work as part of a team utilizing other skills
• AHU / FCU / HVAC Maintenance
• Electrical, Mechanical, and Building Fabrics Maintenance
• PAT testing
• General Building Maintenance
• Helpdesk Requests and repairs

Requirements:
