Our client is a new FM Service Provider in the capital. They are looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a site in Canary Wharf. You must have a proven track record in maintaining, troubleshooting and carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance to FCU, AHU and other building services.

The successful candidate will work on a modern office space, with all tools and equipment provided. Salary is £45,000 - £48,000 basic, plus pension, overtime, gym discount and health package, and

• Proven track record in maintaining, troubleshooting and carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance to FCU, AHU and other building services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building services equipment including FCU and AHU.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Provide reliable operation of building systems on site in Canary Wharf.
