Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer

£45,000-£50,000 + Overtime | Temp-to-Perm | Monday-Friday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious commercial site on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a predominantly hands‑on role, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the building's M&E services. You'll also oversee contractor access and work alongside two on‑site Facilities Managers to ensure the smooth running of the estate.

The Role:

• Planned and reactive M&E maintenance
• Hands‑on fault finding and repairs
• Managing contractor access and permits
• Monday to Friday, flexible 8‑hour day between 7:00am and 5:00pm
• Overtime available, with opportunities expected to increase as the site reaches full occupancy

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrical Engineer (essential)
• Strong multi-skilled M&E maintenance background
• Experience within commercial building maintenance
• Excellent fault‑finding and communication skills

Package:

• £45,000-£50,000 salary (depending on experience)
