Sisk Group is seeking an Electrical Lead to steer the life sciences projects in Macclesfield, delivering LV/MV distribution, critical power and life-safety systems. You will lead the electrical team, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with IEC, BS, IEEE and NFPA standards across the project lifecycle.

You will report to the Project Director, collaborate with MEP and client teams, and drive delivery within programme, cost and quality targets while maintaining rigorous safety and

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading electrical delivery on Tier 1 projects.
• Health and safety training such as Safe Pass or CSCS.
• Desirable Chartered Engineer status or pursuing membership; postgraduate PM/construction management is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting and life-safety systems.
• Review electrical design documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage FATs/SATs and IST.
• Drive health, safety and environmental compliance across all electrical works; implement QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, process, instrumentation and BMS teams; report progress and risks to leadership.
