First Military Recruitment is partnered with a leading International Defence business to recruit an Electrical Instructor for permanent duties based at the Lyneham depot. The role involves delivering high-quality electrical training for military trainees to support national security and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a technical or engineering setting.
• Proven experience in a relevant working environment.
• Experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of power generation and distribution systems, including single-phase and three-phase systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering electrical training sessions using modern teaching methods and technologies.
• Assessing trainee progress through written and practical evaluations.
• Monitoring trainee development and providing feedback, support, and remedial instruction.
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and equipment accountability within the training environment.
• Maintaining and updating course materials to reflect current equipment and standards.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week
