Are you an Electronics or Electrical Technician or similar with a HND or HNC, looking to progress off the tools into an Instructor or Trainer role, with one of the UK's biggest defence contractors, who are responsible for training the next wave of technicians in a military environment?

This is a unique opportunity where you will be funded for qualifications to improve your career and progress into senior management.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands‑on electrical training to military trainees, deliver pre‑set lesson plans, training and assessments, monitor trainee development and collaborate with colleagues to improve internal processes and uphold health and safety. This is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hour week - no overtime required.

This role would suit an Electronics or Electrical Technician with a HND or HNC, from any background looking for an off the tools role, full training to become an instructor and the opportunity to work for one of the biggest defence companies in the UK.
