MKC Training in Brompton Barracks seeks an Experienced Electrical Engineer / Electrician to inspire military learners as a teaching professional. A salary of £46K - £49K and a supportive benefits package accompanies a 37-hour week, with generous holidays, pension, private healthcare, on-site gym.

No formal teaching background? MKC Training offers full support to gain teaching qualifications and mentor apprentices through a long-standing partnership with the Royal School of Military Engineering.

• Previous teaching experience or experience training others.

Electrical Engineering Trainer experience:

• HNC or above in Electrical Engineering with strong theoretical knowledge
• Capable of teaching electrical theory, maths and science to levels 3 and 4
• Previous teaching experience or having trained others in the workplace (+ willingness to achieve funded teaching qualifications).

Additional desirable experience to support your application:

• Domestic and Commercial electrical installations - Single and 3 phase
• 1st Fix, Conduit, Tray work, Single Core, Multi Core Inspection, Testing and Commissioning
