Job summary

First Military Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Electronics Trainer based at Lyneham to deliver high-impact technical training to defence personnel. You will train engineers in electronics, radar, telecommunications, and avionics, shaping the next generation of specialists in a role aligned with national security and operational readiness.

This permanent position requires an HNC in electronics or related field, plus willingness to pursue Level 4 Education & Learning within 12 months.

Qualifications

• HNC in a relevant engineering discipline or significant field experience.
• Willingness to complete Level 4 Certificate in Education and Learning within 12 months of employment.
• Supervisory experience in a technical/engineering environment.
• Profound experience in a relevant working environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering engaging technical training modules using modern learning technologies.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders across defence schools.
• Developing and maintaining course materials, assessments and trainee records.
• Participating in quality assurance activities to continuously improve training delivery.
• Monitoring trainee progress and providing tailored support and feedback.

As a Electronics Engineer Trainer, you ll have a role that s out of the ordinary. You ll be at the heart of delivering high-impact technical training to defence personnel.
