Job summary

United Colleges Group is seeking an outstanding Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join our Engineering, Construction and the Built Environment faculty in London. The role focuses on coordinating delivery of Electrical Installation programmes with academic leadership for students.

A Level 3 electrical qualification and industry or teaching experience are strongly preferred, with opportunities to progress toward a Level 4 teaching qualification.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 3 electrical installation qualification, or NVQ at level 3 (E).
• NICEIC registration.
• Maths and English to level 4 CGSE or equivalent.
• Assessors Qualification.
• Teaching qualification Level 3.
• Ability to communicate and explain complex issues clearly.
• Experience in electrical installations and/or teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of Electrical Installation study programmes across levels, providing academic leadership.
• Create an engaging, coherent curriculum aligned with local and national priorities.
• Lead progression tracking and drive outstanding achievement and student retention.
