Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician to become an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Salary £38,000 - £41,500, with full training in renewables, a company pension and 36 days holiday.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will deliver practical and classroom Electrical Installation training, coach and assess apprentices, and support learners with both practical and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Strong Electrical Installation experience from industry.
- Interest in moving into a long-term teaching/assessor role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and classroom Electrical Installation training.
- Coach, mentor, and assess apprentices throughout qualifications.
- Support learners with practical skills and technical knowledge.
- Deliver Electrical Installation training alongside specialist short courses.
- Receive training in Solar PV, EV Charging, Battery Storage, Inspection & Testing.
- Full teacher and assessor qualifications provided.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm in St Ives.
