Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician to become an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Salary £38,000 - £41,500, with full training in renewables, a company pension and 36 days holiday.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will deliver practical and classroom Electrical Installation training, coach and assess apprentices, and support learners with both practical and technical knowledge.

In this role, you'll deliver a combination of practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning, supporting apprentices throughout their qualifications. As part of your development, you'll receive full teacher and assessor training alongside specialist training in future technologies including Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, and Inspection & Testing, allowing you to broaden your own technical expertise while remaining at the forefront of the industry.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician with strong Electrical Installation experience who is looking for a long-term career away from the demands of site work.
