Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a qualified Electrical Installation Trainer to join a leading technical training provider in Leicester. You will deliver electrical installation training to apprentices and industry learners, support practical and classroom sessions, and guide learners through their qualifications.
The role includes a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance, pension, training and qualifications, long-term progression and other benefits.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation required.
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent) required.
- Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards if required.
- Strong Electrical Installation industry experience.
- Experience delivering Electrical Installation training.
- Interest in renewable technologies and ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and industry learners
- Support practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning
- Assess learner progress and provide guidance, feedback and support
- Deliver apprenticeship programmes alongside specialist commercial training courses
- Undertake training in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Inspection & Testing
- Monday to Friday position based in Leicester
