Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Installations Trainer to move from the tools into a rewarding teaching role in Brighton.

You will deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation training and assessment, support apprentices, ensure compliance with current regulations, and help shape a growing training centre with real progression opportunities.

Are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional looking to come off the tools and move into a rewarding training role?

Do you hold a Level 3 Teaching or Assessing qualification and want to join a growing training centre where you can play a key role in its development?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established training centre at an exciting stage of growth. You will be part of a team focused on giving learners the practical skills, technical knowledge and up-to-date industry standards they need to progress and succeed within the electrical trade.

As an Electrical Trainer / Assessor, you will deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation training and assessment, using your real-world industry experience to bring regulations, safe working practices and installation methods to life. You will support learners throughout your programme through structured teaching, assessment, clear feedback and guidance, helping them build confidence and competence as they develop.

With the centre continuing to expand, this role offers genuine long‑term progression, with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and help shape the provision as it grows.

The role:

• Delivering Level 3 Electrical Installation training to apprentice learners
• Supporting and assessing learners throughout their qualifications
• Ensuring training is delivered in line with current industry standards and regulations
• Providing guidance, support and feedback to learners
• Maintaining accurate learner records and assessment documentation
• Contributing to the continued development and growth of the training centre
• Working as part of a growing team with excellent opportunities for progression

The person:

• Background in Electrical Installation
• Level 3 Teaching or Assessing qualification
• Up-to‑date knowledge of relevant Electrical Installation regulations
• Industry experience within the electrical sector
• Genuine interest in supporting and developing the next generation of electrical professionals
