Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Installations Trainer to join a new training centre in Brighton. The role focuses on delivering Level 3 Electrical Installation training and assessment to apprentices, translating regulations and best practices into practical learning.

You will support learners with structured teaching and feedback, maintain records, and contribute to the centre's growth and progression opportunities as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical Installation.
• Level 3 Teaching or Assessing qualification.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant Electrical Installation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation training to apprentice learners.
• Assess learners throughout their qualifications.

Are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional looking to come off the tools and move into a rewarding training role?

Do you hold a Level 3 Teaching or Assessing qualification and want to join a growing training centre where you can play a key role in its development?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established training centre at an exciting stage of growth. You will be part of a team focused on giving learners the practical skills, technical knowledge and up-to-date industry standards they need to progress and succeed within the electrical trade.

As an Electrical Trainer / Assessor, you will deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation training and assessment, using your real-world industry experience to bring regulations, safe working practices and installation methods to life. You will support learners throughout their programme through structured teaching, assessment, clear feedback and guidance, helping them build confidence and competence as they develop.

With the centre continuing to expand, this role offers genuine long-term progression, with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and help shape the provision as it grows.

The role:

The person:

• Background in Electrical Installation
