Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, with full training provided in renewables. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, offering a salary of £38,000–£41,500 plus pension, 36 days holiday and ongoing professional development.
You will deliver practical and classroom-based training, coach apprentices and help them qualify, with future training in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Inspection &
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- Deliver practical and classroom-based Electrical Installation training.
- Coach, mentor, and assess apprentices throughout their qualifications.
- Receive full teacher and assessor training plus specialist training in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, and Inspection & Testing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and classroom-based Electrical Installation training.
- Coach, mentor, and assess apprentices throughout their qualifications.
- Support learners with practical skills and technical knowledge.
- Deliver Electrical Installation training alongside specialist short courses.
- Receive training in Solar PV, EV Charging, Battery Storage, and Inspection & Testing.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm based in St Ives.
