Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Newbury is seeking an Electrical Installation Instructor (Full Training Provided) to move from hands-on site work into a weekday education role. You will support apprentices, deliver practical sessions and gradually introduce classroom theory with teaching qualifications and support.

Ideal candidates are qualified Electricians with Electrical Installation experience, NVQ Level 3, and ideally the 2391 qualification or willingness to gain it.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with strong electrical installation experience.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 2391 qualification ideal or willingness to work towards it.
• Interest in teaching or training career.
• Previous teaching experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on practical sessions and assist with classroom-based learning.
• Support apprentices across various stages of their Electrical Installation training.
• Contribute to training facilities and learning development.
• Work a 37-hour week with hybrid working options.
