Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Newbury is seeking an Electrical Installation Instructor (Full Training Provided) to move from hands-on site work into a weekday education role. You will support apprentices, deliver practical sessions and gradually introduce classroom theory with teaching qualifications and support.

Ideal candidates are qualified Electricians with Electrical Installation experience, NVQ Level 3, and ideally the 2391 qualification or willingness to gain it.

£35,000 + Comprehensive Training + No Site Work + Monday to Friday + Flexible Hybrid Working + 28% Pension + 46 Days Annual Leave

Are you an experienced Electrician with a solid background in Electrical Installation?

Would you like to move away from hands-on site work into a structured weekday role where you can support and develop future electricians?

In this role, you will support apprentices working towards Electrical Installation qualifications. Your initial focus will be on practical, workshop-based training, helping learners build confidence and develop core installation skills. As you progress, you will gradually become involved in classroom-based theory delivery, with full teaching qualifications and support provided throughout.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Electrician with strong installation experience. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, and ideally have, or be willing to work towards, the 2391 qualification. Previous teaching experience is not required, but a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others is essential.
