Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Installation Trainer / Assessor in Wakefield. This full-time role offers 40,000 - 45,000 salary plus car allowance and full training into teaching and assessor qualifications.

You will deliver electrical installation training to apprentices and industry learners, supporting practical workshops and classroom-based learning while assessing progress. The role is suitable for an experienced electrician transitioning into education with full

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
Strong Electrical Installation industry experience.
Experience as an Electrician, Approved Electrician or Electrical Supervisor.
Interest in renewable technologies and ongoing professional development.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Looking to move into training and education.
No teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

Deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and industry learners.
Support both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning.
Assess learner progress and provide guidance and support.
Deliver apprenticeship programmes alongside specialist commercial training courses.
Gain training in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Inspection & Testing.
Full teaching and assessor training provided.
Monday to Friday position based in Wakefield.
