Job summary

You will develop expertise in Solar PV, EV charging, and Battery Storage while benefiting from a structured Monday to Friday role, a strong work-life balance, and ongoing CPD. The salary ranges between £40,000 and £50,000 plus pension and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation required.
• Teaching qualification (AET, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent) essential.
• Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and learners.
• Support practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback and guidance.
• Deliver training across Electrical Installation and specialist short courses.
• Undertake training in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Inspection & Testing.
