Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting an Electrical Installation Trainer in Northampton. The role focuses on delivering and assessing City & Guilds 5357 apprenticeship training, with full training provided to support transition from industry to teaching.

Ideal candidates will have a strong electrical installation background, a Level 3 qualification, 18th Edition, and City & Guilds 2391, and be motivated to develop the next generation of electricians in a structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold level 3 qualification in electrical installation.
• Must have 18th Edition and City & Guilds 2391.
• Experience as an electrician with installation background.
• Interested in moving into trainer/instructor role.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and assessing City & Guilds 5357 apprenticeship training.
• Full training provided.
• Monday to Friday work week.
• Maintain small class sizes (max 12 learners) to ensure quality learning.
