Job summary

Qualifications
- Level 2 NVQ/Diploma in a construction trade and English/Maths at Level 2 or willingness to achieve.
- Experience with electrical equipment and safe working practices in construction.
- Ability to prepare, maintain and repair tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Electrical Workshop & Teaching Support – assist lecturers, prep areas and resources.
- Tools, Equipment & Stock Management – maintain, service and track inventories.
- Workshop Safety & Compliance – maintain safe environments and conduct risk/COSH assessments.
- Learner Support & College Engagement – guide learners and contribute to activities.
- Safeguarding & Professional Standards – promote safeguarding and professional conduct.
