Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Installation Trainer in Doncaster. This role offers full teacher training and a strong pathway from industry into education, delivering electrical installation across Levels 1–3 for 16–18 learners in both practical workshops and theory classes.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification with experience in the electrical trades, plus a willingness to develop teaching skills.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification required.
- Experience in the Electrical Installation industry.
- Teaching experience desirable but not essential; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Electrical Installation across Levels 1–3 in workshops and theory.
- Teach practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory.
- Work mainly with 16–18 learners, with some adult learners.
- Average group sizes around 16 learners.
- Approximately 23 hours teaching per week.
- Support learners with technical knowledge and progression.
- Full teacher training via Trade to Teach route.
- CPD available including 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing.
