Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Installation Trainer in Doncaster. This role offers full teacher training and a strong pathway from industry into education, delivering electrical installation across Levels 1–3 for 16–18 learners in both practical workshops and theory classes.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification with experience in the electrical trades, plus a willingness to develop teaching skills.

As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you'll deliver Electrical Installation across Levels 1, 2, and 3, teaching both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory. You'll work mainly with 16-18 learners, alongside some adult learners, supporting students as they develop the technical skills, confidence, and knowledge required to succeed within the electrical industry.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Electrical Installation professional with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to deliver in front of a class. You must hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and ideally have experience across both domestic and commercial installation. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential, as full support is available through the Trade to Teach route, internal teacher training, and ongoing CPD.

The person:

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification.

• Teaching, assessor, or IQA qualifications desirable but not essential.
• Confident delivering technical knowledge in front of learners.
• Strong team player with a proactive and driven approach.
• Passion for supporting and developing the next generation of electricians.
