Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer to deliver engaging teaching and practical training at a renowned FE College on a rolling contract.

You will assess apprentices, coach and mentor learners, and support them toward NVQ and apprenticeship standards while ensuring high-quality outcomes. On-site role in Epsom with local commutable areas must be able to obtain Enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
• Teaching qualification is required.
• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous.

Electrical Installation Lecturer / Trainer

£40 - £50+ per hour inside IR35

Full Academic Year

On Site Epsom - commutable Slough, Working, Bracknell, Crawly, Croyden and surrounding areas

Are you an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor looking for your next immediately available contract role, working in a renowned FE College on a rolling contract?

Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional looking to showcase your skillset and pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers?

You'll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with previous Training or Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging teaching and practical training in the Electrical Installation sector
• Assess and support apprentices working towards NVQ and apprenticeship standards
• Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to learners

£36 - £46 - 2 Month Rolling Contract

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
• Current or previous industry experience working in Electrical Installation or similar industries
• Teaching qualification
• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
