Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a prestigious further educational college to help employ an experienced electrical installation professional on a full-time temp and perm basis for their Electrical Installation Lecturer role. Position Details:

• Location: Chelmsford
• Pay: Up to £45 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella options available)
• Workdays: 5 days per week
• Interview Date: Asap
• Start Date: Immediate or after notice period

Responsibilities:

1. The successful candidate will work as a member of the Employment and Skills team as an Electrical Assessor within Electrical Installation, supporting apprentices completing the Level 3 standard.
2. Plan, design, and deliver learning programmes/sessions in line with course aims, objectives, assessment methods, and accreditation.
3. Monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of learning programmes, sessions, and personal practice.

Requirements:

• Teaching qualification - PTLLS, DTLLS, or Cert Ed.
• Recent experience working in an educational or learning environment (preferred).
• Experience in a lecturer or technician role (preferred).
• Ability to liaise effectively with staff and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours and patterns.
