Job summary
Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Installation Engineer to join our UK-wide team. The role focuses on installing electrical control panels, cabling, and executing projects from drawings with hands-on responsibility.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in electrical installation and cable termination.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel and work away during the week.
- IPAF, PASMA, or ECS card.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical control panels and cabling per drawings and specs.
- Run and terminate power, control, and data cabling.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Assist with fault-finding and commissioning where required.
- Collaborate with engineers and on-site trades; maintain HS&E standards.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Installation Engineer to join a growing engineering team, delivering high-quality electrical installations across a range of projects throughout the UK.
This is a hands-on position offering varied and technically interesting work in unique environments. It is well suited to someone who enjoys working on-site, solving problems, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Installation of electrical control panels and cabe management systems
- Running, glanding, and terminating power, control, and data cabling
- Working from electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Assisting with fault-finding and commissioning activities where required
- Collaborating with engineers, internal teams, and on-site trades
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workmanship
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in electrical installation and cable termination
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work away during the week
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience with control systems or automation
- IPAF, PASMA, or ECS card
- Experience working in specialist or technically demanding environments
This role involves regular travel across the UK.
You will typically work away during the week and return home towards the end of the week.
