The role requires hands-on electrical installation experience, the ability to visit learners on-site, and a commitment to maintaining high assessment standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Assessor qualifications or willingness to work towards them.
• Two years of industry experience in electrical installation or equivalent.
• Experience supporting or training others on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Professional competence in electrical installation and related health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support apprentices throughout their electrical installation apprenticeship.
• Review and assess apprentice work against qualification standards.
• Support learners developing practical skills in the workplace.
• Promote safe working practices and health & safety requirements.
