Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking an Electrical Installation and Maintenance Engineer to join a two-person team delivering installation, commissioning, and servicing of pumping equipment across the UK. Based in Keele with UK-wide travel.

You will work alongside a Mechanical Engineer to cover central England, with flexibility to travel nationwide, including overnight stays. All travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification is required.
• Experience in an electrical or maintenance role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of pumping systems
• Provide electrical support to a Mechanical Engineer on-site
• Attend sites across the UK, primarily Wales & Southwest
• Complete site reports and documentation accurately
• Support breakdown and aftersales service activities when required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with procedures
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment readiness
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

My client is looking for an Electrical Installation and Maintenance Engineer. You will be working alongside a Mechanical Engineer as part of a two-person team delivering installation, commissioning, and servicing of pumping equipment across the UK.

• Experience working with pumps or motors
• Confined Space training
