Job summary

WR Engineering in Keele is seeking an Electrical Installation and Maintenance Engineer to join a two-person team delivering installation, commissioning and servicing of pumping equipment across the UK. The role is based in Keele with nationwide travel.

You will work alongside a Mechanical Engineer, complete site reports, and support breakdown and aftersales service while ensuring work is carried out safely and to procedures.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (17th or 18th Edition / BS (Apply online only) Test & Inspection)
• Experience in a similar electrical or maintenance role
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home
• Confined Space training

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of pumping systems
• Provide electrical support to a Mechanical Engineer on-site
• Attend sites across the UK, primarily Wales & Southwest
• Complete site reports and documentation accurately
• Support breakdown and aftersales service activities when required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with procedures
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment readiness
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
