Maintech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer to install, commission and service pumping equipment across customer sites nationwide from a field-based setup. You will join a two-person team with an emphasis on reliability and customer satisfaction.
The role requires hands-on electrical work, with travel across the UK, overtime opportunities, and full training where needed. A strong engineer with BS7671 exposure is ideal.

We are working with a specialist engineering business providing nationwide installation, commissioning and servicing of pumping equipment. The company operates a field-based service environment, working across industrial and commercial sites throughout the UK, with a strong focus on technical quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer looking for variety, nationwide project exposure and strong overtime earning potential, as the business builds out a new two-person Service Team. You'll work alongside a mechanical engineer, carrying out installation, commissioning and servicing of pumping equipment, with work concentrated across North London, Suffolk, Norfolk and the Midlands, alongside occasional travel further afield. Overnight stays will be required from time to time, though jobs are scheduled in advance so you can plan around them. All travel and accommodation costs are covered.
This role would suit a qualified electrical engineer who enjoys hands‑on, varied field‑based work and is comfortable turning their hand to mechanical tasks alongside electrical ones.
