Job Description:

We are seeking an Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team, covering the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Worcester, Leicester, Telford, Tipton, Halesowen, Oldbury, Nuneaton, and more).

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (OTE £40,000 - £50,000) plus Premium Overtime, Employee Owned Business, Healthcare, Private Pension, Expenses Paid, Van (Fuel Card), 33 Days Holiday.

This role offers excellent training in a specialist field, with opportunities for skill expansion, professional development, and career progression. You will work in a supportive team for a reputable, employee-owned company known for quality and staff retention. The company designs and manufactures specialist electrical products used across the UK and is experiencing growth.

Responsibilities include traveling from home to various industrial and commercial sites to perform surveys, fault finding, and installations. Full training will be provided, with support for career development and progression into management roles.
