Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years’ industry experience in Electrical and Maintenance Roles.
• Minimum Level 2 Maths and English qualification.
• Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Sound knowledge of Electrical engineering principles.
• Full driving licence.
• Willing to work towards assessor qualification.
• Willing to work towards teaching qualification.
• Level 4 or above Qualification in Electrical Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and assess Electrical Engineering courses up to level three.
• Develop and maintain course material including lesson plans and schemes of work.
• Assist in assessing, changing curricular needs and offers plans for improvement.
• Maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures (ILP etc).
• To complete moderation and IQA duties as required.
• Review course content and delivery methods on a regular basis.
• Provide feedback and support to learners on a one-to-one or group basis.
• Assist in the overall development of the training centre.
