Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Workington is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to move into a rewarding training and apprenticeship assessment role. You will deliver and assess Electrical Engineering programmes up to Level 3, support learners and employers, and help apprentices progress through their qualifications.

The role is Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with a salary of 38,000–42,000 plus a Government Pension Scheme, 39 days holiday and an excellent work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Industrial experience within electrical engineering.
• Teaching or assessing experience would be advantageous but is not essential; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess Electrical Engineering programmes up to Level 3.
• Support apprentices throughout their qualification and apprenticeship journey.
• Liaise with employers and learners to ensure timely progress and achievement.
• Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
