Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead in Cheltenham to lead electrical design across complex projects within a growing multidisciplinary construction business.

You’ll manage the full engineering process, coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams, provide technical support from concept through to commissioning, and mentor junior engineers while pursuing clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical design on construction projects.
• Strong electrical design background in construction, managing full engineering processes.
• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or similar.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to take a lead role within a growing multidisciplinary construction business.

You’ll be responsible for leading the electrical design and engineering across complex projects, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver well-coordinated, practical solutions.

The business delivers complex projects across sectors including food manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, energy and distribution, working with major blue-chip clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical design background within the construction industry, looking to manage the full engineering process, have project variety and management responsibilities alongside progression.

The Role
