Babcock International Group invites graduates to join the Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme in Rosyth, Scotland. The role offers a minimum starting salary of £35,000, with salary dependent on location, role and qualifications.

Over two years, you’ll rotate through placements and gain experience across electrical, control and instrumentation engineering, while receiving mentorship and development to pursue professional registration and senior roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Multiple eligible degree pathways listed in ad.
• Eligibility for BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Join the Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme and contribute to marine and UK engineering projects.
• Rotate through placements every 3–6 months across projects and teams.
• Support the full lifecycle of engineering work from concept design to commissioning and decommissioning.
• Progress toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status with mentorship and training.
