Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is seeking an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to service a high-profile commercial portfolio in Central London. You will cover multiple sites (Zones 1 & 2) with a focus on electrical maintenance and building services.

This Monday–Friday role offers stability, no on‑call, and clear progression within a large FM environment; travel between sites is required with statutory compliance support, including L8 water management.

Qualifications

• Must have City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• Completed apprenticeship or recognised technical training scheme.
• Strong knowledge of electrical services, HV/LV, AC and water treatment systems.
• Experience working with BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Foot mobile role across Central London sites (Zones 1 & 2).
• Planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and building services.
• Fault finding and maintenance on M&E plant and critical systems.
• Working with BMS systems to monitor and adjust building performance.
• Supporting statutory compliance including L8 water management.
• Travel between sites; no call-out requirement.

Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – Central London – Up to £52,000

An established FM service provider is currently recruiting for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a high-profile commercial portfolio in Central London. This Electrical Engineer role supports a well-known entertainment client across multiple prestigious sites, predominantly within Zones 1 & 2.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking for a stable, Monday to Friday position with strong long-term progression and no call-out.

The Role - Electrical Engineer:

• Foot mobile position covering multiple Central London sites (Zones 1 & 2)


• Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and general building services


• Fault finding and maintenance on M&E plant and business-critical systems


• Working with BMS systems to monitor and adjust building performance


• Supporting statutory compliance including L8 water management


• Travel between sites fully covered


• No call-out requirement

Requirements – Electrical Engineer:
