Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking two foot mobile electrical engineers for a City-based FM building services company in Central London on a temp ongoing contract. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial and residential buildings, with travel between zones 1 and 2.

The role requires electrical qualification, City & Guilds Level 2/3, and 18th Edition, with a proactive approach to lighting, AHU/FCU, BMS, and other M&E tasks.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification and hands-on building maintenance experience.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th Edition qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lighting work: small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements.
• Emergency lighting tests and inspections.

Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer – FM Service Provider - City of London- Temp ongoing - Immediate start

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in the City. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in Central London on a temp ongoing basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance.

Hours of work / Information

• Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm


• Foot Mobile, covering 3-4 buildings Commercial and Residential


• Based around zones 1 & 2 ( travel card provided )


• Temporary ongoing


• £26p/h

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)


• Emergency lighting tests


• AHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)


• Control Panels


• Changing Ballast


• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)


• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance


• Maintain and update Log books


• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets


• Pumps, motors

Requirements

• Electrically/Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3


• City & Guilds - 18th Edition


• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates


• Must be available to start ASAP
