Job summary

Adecco is recruiting an Electrical Engineer Trainer for a Mid Kent-based training provider. The role offers £55,000 annual salary, a bonus, and Employee Ownership Trust dividends, with a 35-hour week and no shift work.

You will deliver practical and classroom training to experienced engineers, develop courses, and contribute to industry-leading programmes in a supportive, collaborative environment. Full training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of factory or industrial maintenance environments.
• Maintenance fitting experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to present to small groups and communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuine desire to learn, develop and support others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom-based training to experienced engineers.
• Train small groups (3–8 delegates) with hands-on learning.
• Support development and design of new courses to keep training relevant.
• Contribute to industry-leading training programmes and standards.
