Pioneer Selection is seeking an Electrical Engineer Surveyor to join a leading inspection consultancy in the Inverness/Elgin/Aberdeen area. You will assess fixed wiring installations and electrical plant equipment, producing detailed reports to ensure compliance with UK regulations and to help keep people safe.

The role offers a days-based shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary up to £48,236 plus car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package, and a strong emphasis on training

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Electrical Engineering based qualification.
• Worked within hazardous environments (COMPEX).
• Significant practical experience as a domestic or industrial electrician.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality assessments and inspections of fixed wiring installations and electrical plant equipment.
• Carry out detailed reporting and ensure customers comply with regulations that govern the industry in the UK.

Job Role of the Electrical Engineer Surveyor.

A standout opportunity has become available for a Electrical Engineer Surveyor to join a leading inspection consultancy. Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to prolong the life and safety of electrical equipment by spotting any potential defects as early as possible and helping make sure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

You will be responsible for completing quality assessments and inspections of fixed wiring installations and electrical plant equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed reporting and ensuring customers are compliant with vital regulations that help govern their industry within the UK.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Engineer Surveyor

• Minimum Level 3 Electrical Engineering based qualification.
• Worked within hazardous environments (COMPEX)
• Significant level of practical experience working as a domestic or industrial electrician.

Requirements for the Electrical Engineer Surveyor

• Strong Electrical background with Testing and Inspection experience.
• Electrical Engineering qualifications.
• Ability to communicate complex and technical problems.
• Must live around the Inverness, Elgin or Aberdeen area.

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Engineer Surveyor

• Ideally hold a NVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
