Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our facilities management team supporting a critical healthcare contract in Surrey. You will maintain electrical infrastructure, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a regulated environment.

The role requires NVQ3 or equivalent, AM2, and 17th/18th Edition; strong fault finding and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across the site.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring electrical installations comply with current regulations and industry standards.
• Supporting statutory inspections, testing and certification requirements.
• Responding to emergency breakdowns and prioritising critical systems.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records using the CAFM system.
• Liaising with contractors and internal teams to support the delivery of engineering works.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures while working within a live critical environment.

Working hours: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a critical healthcare contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, maintaining critical electrical infrastructure that supports the safe and efficient operation of essential services.

Working closely with the Estates team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards, minimising downtime and supporting a safe, compliant environment.

What you’ll be doing:
