ISS UK Limited is seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver planned, reactive and corrective electrical maintenance across facilities environments, with advanced fault diagnosis and testing. The role supports progression through HV and LV Appointed Person training, ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and safety systems.

You will work with building services in commercial properties, reviewing contractor outputs, and participating in on-call arrangements as required.

Formación

• Recognised Level 3 electrotechnical qualification or equivalent.
• AM2/AM2S or recognised equivalent.
• Experience in building services maintenance within FM or commercial facilities.
• Willingness to progress HV/LV Appointed Person training and competency assessments.
• Strong documentation, record-keeping and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned, reactive and corrective electrical maintenance across facilities.
• Undertake advanced fault finding on three-phase systems and repairs.
• Progress through HV and LV Appointed Person training and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671, Electricity at Work Regulations and safety procedures.
• Support electrical contractors and HV/LV providers in project delivery.
• Review technical information, testing and certification for works.
• Check completed electrical works for standards compliance and quality.
• Participate in emergency response and on-call arrangements.
