Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for its Glass Fiber Operations. You will design electrical systems and integrate them with manufacturing equipment to support production processes.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with at least six years in a manufacturing setting, and is proficient in CAD, PLC programming, and SCADA. You will ensure safety, quality, and operational efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field and 6+ years in manufacturing.
Proficiency in CAD software, engineering analysis tools, and simulation software.
Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems.
Strong attention to safety codes and regulatory standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

Designing electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, wiring, and instrumentation.
Developing PID control algorithms for complex electrical systems.
Creating electrical schematics and layouts with CAD tools.
Integrating electrical systems with manufacturing equipment.
Programming and troubleshooting control systems for automated processes.
Leading safety initiatives to maintain a zero-incident environment.
