Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an Electrical Controls Engineer to design and implement advanced automation systems. You will lead projects from concept to completion, programming PLCs and robots, and ensuring robust electrical assemblies.

Requirements include proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, experience with Fanuc/Cognex, and familiarity with RSLogix/Step7. You will work with customers to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in electrical design using AutoCAD Electrical; Solidworks Electrical a plus.
• Able to perform PLC and robot programming; Fanuc and Cognex experience preferred.
• Familiar with PLC protocols including Allen Bradley RSLogix and Siemens Step7.
• Skilled setting up networks with Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and similar protocols.
• Capable of leading projects from start to finish while maintaining customer communication.
• Strong understanding of electrical assembly for automation systems.
• Knowledgeable in robot and safety standards such as RIA and OSHA.
