Job summary

Marshalls plc, the UK’s leading supplier of hard landscaping and building products, is recruiting an Electrical Engineer at Pollington. You’ll safeguard production uptime by diagnosing faults, performing electrical and some mechanical maintenance, and supporting automated plant operations.

The role requires NVQ3 level qualification, 18th edition wiring regulations, and experience with robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics and conveyors.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical knowledge with mechanical exposure.
• Time-served in similar role, ideally NVQ3.
• Apprentice-trained and up to date with 18th edition wiring regs.
• PLC fault finding experience is advantageous.
• Familiar with robots and automated process plant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production by eliminating downtime through fault finding and planned maintenance.
• Perform reactive maintenance on site and read technical drawings.
• Maintain electrical systems controlling hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors and related machinery.
