Job summary

National Gas Transmission PLC in the UK is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to support asset management across operational technology and cybersecurity. You will work from our Ebbw Vale facility, providing technical leadership, testing, and assurance to ensure safe integration of new technology into the gas network.

The role requires EL96 LV4 Authorised Person status, strong knowledge of electrical safety, and collaboration with cyber specialists and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical/C&I engineering.
• Experience with EL96 LV4 Authorised Person status and electrical safety leadership.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for electrical, control & instrumentation and cybersecurity assets.
• Lead safe operation and expansion of CORE capability and related activities.
• Review Electrical C&I design docs, cybersecurity CFAT testing and test assurance.
